New Referee Training:
Entry Level "grade 8" Referee Certification
- This clinic/class will allow you to referee anywhere in U.S. with no restrictions
(recreational and competitive level games).
- This class is usually four classroom sessions with an additional field day. It is a more
comprehensive class than the Recreational "grade 9" class.
- Our league usually provides a "grade 8" class in our area:

When you visit this site, you will be looking for the Entry Level classes. You can take ANY
grade 8 or Entry-Level class listed on the District 6 Website. Classes hosted by 49'er YSL are usually in Auburn or Meadow Vista. New Referee Training: Recreational Level "grade 9" Referee Certification

returning referees must take an In-Service class. - Our league usually provides a few In-Service classes in our area:

are usually in Auburn or Meadow Vista. Returning Referees re-register License with CNRA by June 30th each year: Returning referees must re-register their Ref License each year with CNRA. The
deadline is June 30th of that year but it is recommended you re-register early in the year. You may register by returning the forms you should have already received in the mail in December/January or
re-register online at the
California North Referee Administration website.
