About Placer Hills Youth Soccer Club (PHYSC):
PHYSC includes the children living within the Placer Hills School District (Applegate, Christian Valley, Clipper Gap, Meadow Vista, Weimar, and surrounding areas). PHYSC is one of six soccer clubs in the 49er Youth Soccer League (49erYSL).  49erYSL is affiliated with California Youth Soccer Association (CYSA).  PHYSC is focused on providing the best class IV recreational soccer experience possible for boys and girls ages 4 through 15.  Players and parents interested in competitive or select soccer, please see our "More Info" page.

PHYSC plays its home games at Placer Hills School (Meadow Vista, CA), Weimar Hills School (Weimar, CA), and the Meadow Vista Park (Meadow Vista, CA).  Over 600 players participated on 54 teams during the 2005 season. The soccer year begins in January with the election of the PHYSC Board of Directors.  Player registration begins in May, with team selection in June/July.  Practice begins in August and games are played September through November .

PHYSC depends on the participation of parent volunteers to be successful!  The Board meets monthly from January through November on the 4th Monday of each month (except holidays), 6:30pm, at Mountain Mikes Pizza (in Meadow Vista). We are all volunteers working to make soccer a fun sport for the children. If you want to see changes in the upcoming seasons, join the team and become a Volunteer Board member. We always need volunteers for many other small jobs too.

SOCCERAMA PRE-SEASON TOURNAMENT
